I would say it's a huge bug that, maybe, has never been reported to DB. Thank you very much Daza for the clear explanation.

I, for one, have put all my permanent talent points in the fealty buidings but will keep on doing it until DB publicly announces a change in its perm building policy  :'(

I have 14 Sworn Swords at the moment, all Peerless except the starting one.

Intrigue: 2 Steal (lvl 23 & 19); 1 Spy (lvl 21); 2 Sabotage (lvl 21 & 7)

Trade: 1 Barter (lvl 19); 1 Bribe (lvl 22); 3 Swindle (lvl 21, 18 & 11)

Battle: 2 Harass (lvl 20 & 18); 1 Fight (lvl 21); 1 Aid (lvl 14)

The next one will probably be a Fighter, since this should be one of our most common attacks during AvA.

I know you missed the "poll of the day" so here we are  ;)

During next AvA we will need to plan how to garrison and attack and we could find out to have some over- or under-represented kind of Sworn Swords. For this reason I kindly ask you to tell us how many SS you have and, please, also take the time to briefly describe their kind.

@ Ratboy: I would say to update the list every +50 increase of a stat or every 10% of a single kind of attack, but feel free to update more frequently if you have the time  ;)

Trade 208 (Barter: +30% Attack, +16% Defense; Bribe: +86% Attack, +48% Defense; Swindle: +30% Attack, +16% Defense)
Intrigue 211 (Spy: +30% Attack, +14% Defense; Steal: +71% Attack, +31% Defense; Sabotage: +38% Attack, +22% Defense)

According to the posted results "scrappers" appear to be modest winners but they are winners nevertheless.

When starting the game (or after reincarnating) "scrappers" could suffer a bit but around the end of vol.1 I think they should be already quite powerful.

Regarding their impact on AvA, the stronger our camps, the stronger our scrappers will be, while "full str" will remain "flat".
For garrisoning, "full str" could be good as jack of all trades until we have at least 9 SS (supposing to train each one in one particular kind of attack). Once we have one SS for every possibile incoming attack (or for every kind of camp) I think "scrappers" >> "full str".

The only scenario where a "Full Str" seems to be better is probably a Boss fight, where the kind of attack changes during each phase and, in the end, we could end up with only one favorable kind of attack and two unfavorable. But to be honest, Boss fights are not my priority :)

Very interesting study. I use to level my SS by alternatively adding one point to (let's say) Intrigue and 1 point to Steal. Actually my highest SS is rank 23 and I think I will start to level them by just increasing their % as your study suggests  ;)

In principle you could also choose a neutral one but the risk is to start an unwanted war with a new Alliance, so you should probably talk about that with an Officer.

However, you can perform all the harass actions that you want against the very same Alliance without any problem ;)

Of course, you HAVE to choose an enemy camp if you harass ;)

You can find them either in the "Diplomacy" section (--> Enemy alliances) or in the War Map (--> The North --> Diplomacy --> Enemy). Hope that helps ;)
